How quickly can a locksmith arrive?
In Tallinn, our specialists usually arrive within 20–40 minutes. In Harju County and other regions, arrival time depends on the distance and traffic conditions, but we always strive to arrive as quickly as possible.
Can a door be opened without damaging the lock?
In many cases, yes. Our locksmiths use professional tools and modern opening methods that allow them to open the door without damaging the lock or door leaf. If the mechanism is severely damaged or jammed, it may need to be replaced.
What should I do if I left my keys inside the apartment?
Do not try to open the door yourself – this may damage the lock. Call Lukuabi, and a locksmith will arrive promptly, assess the situation and open the door safely.
What documents are required for door opening?
Before starting the work, the locksmith must verify that you are authorised to access the property. An identity document and proof of ownership or right to use the premises are usually sufficient. If the documents are inside, this can be resolved on site after the door has been opened.
Can you replace the lock immediately after opening the door?
Yes. Most of our locksmiths carry the most commonly requested lock and cylinder models, so a replacement can be completed immediately on site when necessary.
